Our Story

A Cape Coral marine contractor, focused on one thing.

Cape Coral Seawall Repair exists because waterfront homeowners in Lee County deserve a specialist, not a general home-services company that also "does" seawalls between roofing jobs.

How we got here.

Southwest Florida's seawalls are aging. The majority of private residential walls in Lee County were built between the 1960s and the 1990s, designed for a sea level and a storm regime that no longer match reality. Hurricane Ian's September 2022 surge tore through thousands of those walls in a single afternoon. We started Cape Coral Seawall Repair after watching too many homeowners get bad advice: "rip it out and start over" when a 25,000 dollar polyurethane and helical repair would have done the same job; or worse, "patch the cracks and you'll be fine" when the underlying tieback was already compromised.

Our crew has more than a decade of marine construction experience across the Florida coast. We have repaired more than 600 linear feet of seawall in a single year, worked under hurricane warnings, dewatered failed walls in three hours, and pulled tiebacks corroded down to the diameter of a pencil. That experience taught us two things. First, every Cape Coral seawall failure has a specific root cause, and identifying it is more valuable than any product or method. Second, the only way to deliver consistently is to specialize. Seawalls and the structures that protect them are the only work we accept.

What we stand for.

Honest inspection findings. Our underwater inspections come back with photos, measurements, and a written recommendation. If repair is the right call, we say so even when replacement would be a bigger contract. If replacement is the right call, we explain why and quote it both ways.

Engineered solutions, not catalog ones. Every project gets sized: tieback spacing calculated for actual soil conditions, polyurethane volume estimated from void measurement, helical depth set by torque-to-capacity correlation. We do not assume the manufacturer's brochure numbers apply to limestone substrate.

Written warranty terms. 30-year transferable warranty on engineered seawall repair and new construction. Line-item structural and workmanship coverages within that framework for polyurethane void fill, helical pile anchoring, cap restoration, and new panel installation. Terms are on the contract before you sign.

Permits and code compliance included. We design every project to current Cape Coral Land Development Regulations and the Florida Building Code, including cap elevation referenced to NAVD 88, tieback design, and panel embedment. You do not face a permit fail, an insurance carrier credit denial, or a buyer due-diligence problem at sale because we did not bother reading the rules.

  • Fully insured, general liability and workers compensation, certificates available on request
